30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no cost to you, in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
