Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from LumiAir London, operated by JOYFULGIRLS LTD (20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Contract Formation
A contract of sale is formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability, in which case you will be fully refunded.

2. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including their features and functionality. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen display differences. LumiAir London improves airflow and lighting comfort; it is not marketed or intended as an air conditioning unit.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full at the time of order through our secure checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us via our Contact page. You must return the goods, unused and in their original packaging, at your own cost, within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Faulty Goods
This right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 — see our Refund Policy for details on faulty items.

7. Warranty
Products are covered against manufacturing defects for one month from the date of delivery, in addition to your statutory rights. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.

9. Governing Law
